1. How to open an Account
Read through the terms and conditions as set out below, then proceed with opening your account.
Payment - See Question 2.
Your account will be live immediately after set up on a trial basis for 60 days.
After the intial trial period of 60 days the account must be fully paid up and in good standing in order for the system to send out email reminders.
2. How do I make payment for my services?
Payment to be made via Credit Card OR through a Paypal account on a monthly subscription basis after selection of your chosen monthly package.
Maintenance Sched is run by and Trades as
Alberta Web Designs Inc.
and as such this is what you will see on your invoice.
3. How can I upgrade my account?
You can upgrade your account at any time to get more volume or more features (or both) from within your account settings.
4. Are there restrictions to emails that may be sent?
Emails sents must not violate any laws or our Prohibited Content as follows:
• You must not send an email that defames anyone or contains "hate speech".
• You must not send an email that promotes multi-level marketing or other prohibited jobs.
• You must not send an email that contains pornography, nudity or other prohibited personal data.
Emails sents must not must not be false or misleading.
Emails sents must not infringe any third-party right.
Emails sents must not distribute or contain spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
Emails sents must not distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Maintenance Sched or the interests or property of Maintenance Sched users.
Emails sents must not must not copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content.
Emails sents must not must not harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.
Emails sents must not must not bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to Maintenance Sched.
5. What happens if the website is down for a period of time when it should be sending my emails?
We do our best to maintain 99.9% uptime however it is true that sometimes problems could occur beyond our control.
Have no fear though this is not an issue.
When reminder emails are sent the system logs a successful send along with the precise time sent.
The system runs hourly checks to ensure all emails are sent each day & none are missed.
Each time the system runs it will check for unsent emails and send them out including from previous days if neccessary or in the event of a prolonged outage.
6. What happens if my monthly subscription to maintenance sched payment is delayed.
Maintenance Sched appreciates that in this world of electronic payments there can be the odd occassion that your monthly subscription gets delayed.
It is rare for these delays to last more than a few hours. However do not worry, to be on the safe side we allow a 48 hour grace period during which if there is an issue with your payment your account will keep running & sending reminders while we wait for it to arrive.
After the 48 hours grace period your account will simply be suspended until payment comes in at which time the process will resume and the system will send out your reminders including any that may be backlogged.
7. What if I have more than 1000 customers?
